Indian Cricketers

Product Description

Avesh is a nippy seam bowler who can move the new ball consistently, he can also generate extra bounce off the length. When in fine rhythm, he can clock 140 Kmph on the speedometer. He is a typical modern day fast bowler who has a lot of variations up his sleeves. He can bowl off-cutters, leg-cutters and has an ability to bowl a variety of slower balls.

Avesh made his Ranji debut for Madhya Pradesh against Railways in 2014-15 Ranji season. He was a part of the 2014 under-19 World Cup team in UAE. He figured only in a couple of games in that tournament and got a solitary wicket. Avesh came back strongly in the next under-19 World Cup and was the spearhead of the Indian pace attack. He returned as India’s highest wicket taker with 12 wickets at an average of 15.08.

The 21-year old right-arm pacer from Madhya Pradesh was one of the three Indian net bowlers for the recent Test series in South Africa. Basil Thampi and Ankit Rajpoot were the other two fast bowlers who traveled with Avesh to South Africa.
